Is the Toronto Flooding A Weather Warfare Attack?
On July 8, 2013, the weather attacked Toronto, Canada`s financial capital, resulting in the worst flooding in its recorded history.
There is emerging evidence that the flooding in Calgary and Toronto was the result of the use of "weather warfare weapons".

The evidence emerging from Toronto it is not yet as well developed as that from Calgary where researchers have had a few weeks to put the pieces of the puzzle together. However, the event was clearly unprecedented and we hope to be able to publish more on the possibility of a "weather warfare attack" in the coming weeks.
Canadians must remember the warning of Al Gore, the former US Vice President, who, in late May, 2013, stated that Canada was a country courting disaster because it "was using the skies of the planet as an open sewer".
Canada's oil headquarters may by in Calgary but the financing for that industry comes from Toronto and both centres appear to have been targets along with an oil train that exploded on July 6, 2013, while moving crude oil through Lac Megantic in Quebec. Over 50 persons are presumed dead from that explosion.
Is remains a little early to draw any certain conclusions but the trend is worrying and points to an enemy that is at war with Canada as a result of Canada's tar sands oil policies that some people are claiming threaten the very existence of life on earth.
